Sugra is an anagram of Argus Panoptes - the all-seeing giant of Greek mythology, with a hundred eyes that never all closed at once. In our vision, that's AI: watching every market signal, every data point, simultaneously.
Sugra also abbreviates Supergravity Theory - the physics framework that attempts to unify all forces under one model. Both point to the same intent: total market visibility, unified in one place.

Commercial banking first: IntellectBank in 1999, Bank of Georgia in 2004, an early participant in Microsoft's Technology Adoption Program. Founded High-Tech Solutions, an IT consulting company, in 2008. Moved to the National Bank of Georgia (the government central bank) in 2010 to lead IT Infrastructure and help take RTGS, the interbank settlement system, nationwide.
Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in 2010, recognized for technical leadership and for building up Georgia's IT community.
From 2011, almost seven years at Microsoft Corp. as a full-time employee (FTE), in senior roles spanning technology strategy, business development, and public sector transformation.
Since 2017, strategic leadership at Hexa Cloud LLC, a cloud and digital transformation consultancy serving businesses globally and, to this day, running the cloud infrastructure behind Sugra Systems, Inc.
In 2020, Director of Technology and Services at OnCloud JSC, a Georgia Capital PLC investment project: designed a country-scale data center.
Also in 2020, started what became Sugra Systems, Inc.: building in AI through Microsoft for Startups and early OpenAI access, before the current wave. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 2021.
In 2023, led the Georgian subsidiary of Span d.d., a Croatia-based international IT services and consulting group (span.eu), and took full ownership of a multi-million-dollar, multi-year contract with the country's leading bank, bringing it across the finish line.
In 2024, telecom: SkyTel LLC (part of Team Group Holding), the country's third-largest provider and the leader in fixed wireless access (FWA). Growth, service delivery, and operational scale across network infrastructure, hundreds of employees, and carrier-grade operations nationwide - "Wherever Georgia is."
One conviction has carried through: institutional-grade tools, once the privilege of banks, funds, and governments, can be put in the hands of anyone.
That became Sugra (Argus).
Today, Sugra API is live - the cross-domain data API for AI agents.
